Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch on all orders. When you have an urgent order, please let us know in the text box of your shopping cart and we will do what we can to expedite your order within 1 working day. Also please be aware that current COVID regulations may mean a delay in the arrival of your products but we will do our best to keep you informed.
Sarsen Candles shall be under no liability for any delays or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales.

Refund Policy:

We have a 30 day return policy after receiving your item to request a return for unwanted goods. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
