Delivery and Returns

Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch on all orders. When you have an urgent order, please let us know in the text box of your shopping cart and we will do what we can to expedite your order within 1 working day. Sarsen Candles shall be under no liability for any delays or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales.

We have a 30 day return policy after receiving your item to request a return for unwanted goods. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. To make a claim for damages or any other issues please in the first place email sales@sarsencandles.co.uk so that we can evaluate the issue as a matter of priority.
